Fake TikTok login tricks can steal your account fast

Scammers are creating fake TikTok sign-in pages, warning messages, and verification offers to trick people into giving away their account details. If someone enters their information, criminals may take over the account and use it to scam others or lock the owner out.

Who is at risk

Anyone who uses TikTok, especially people who click links in messages, emails, ads, or search results claiming there is a problem with their account, is most at risk.

What to watch for

Watch for messages or websites that pressure you to sign in quickly, promise a verification badge, warn that your account will be suspended, or have web addresses that do not clearly belong to TikTok.

What to do

Only sign in through the official TikTok app or by typing TikTok’s website address yourself, and if you already entered your details on a suspicious page, change your password immediately and turn on extra sign-in protection.
