What’s the biggest difference between Free and MERENA+?
Free includes your manual profile, personalized alerts, weekly personalized analysis and guidance, the Cyber Advisor, and email and link checkers. Plus adds a real-time dashboard, Safety Score, reminders, Password Checker and family management for four additional people.
Do Free users receive personalized alerts and the same advice?
Yes. Both plans personalize alerts using your profile, and both include the same core Cyber Advisor and step-by-step guidance. Plus brings them into your dashboard with your score, reminders and next steps.
Can I build my profile manually with Free?
Yes. You can manually add and update accounts and services with no account cap. Both plans use manual entry today. Automatic profile building and supported-account discovery are planned for Plus in October 2026.
What does the Online Safety Score tell me?
It gives you a simpler view of your online safety based on the information in your MERENA profile. It helps you understand where to focus your attention; it does not guarantee you will avoid every scam or cyberattack.
How do reminders help?
MERENA+ can remind you to return to important safety actions. You can manage your Plus reminder preferences in your account controls.
What do I get for my family?
Your subscription includes you and four additional family members, managed by you. It helps you stay on top of risks to their online accounts without paying extra member fees.
Are automatic profile building and account discovery available now?
Not yet. Both are planned for October 2026. Today, you can build your profile manually. Future discovery will cover supported accounts and may not identify every account.
How much does MERENA+ cost?
The annual plan costs $95.88, equivalent to $7.99 per month. Monthly billing is $9.99. Annual billing saves $24 compared with 12 monthly payments. Review the current subscription and cancellation terms when completing your purchase.
